Keith Cannon, our owner, is a lifelong native to Cobb County and a graduate of KSU with his primary field of study in small business management. In the residential field, he has developed land in Cobb, Paulding, and Rockdale County as well as the City of Atlanta. In the commercial arena, he has completed new development projects, including multi-family and student housing in North Carolina and Georgia.
We are currently developing a 50-acre, 80-lot residential project in Paulding County and 80 acre mixed-use project in the City of Austell. The Austell project is comprised of 86 single-family, 65 townhomes and 350 multi-family units.
The company currently employs KSU students who are enrolled in the construction management curriculum giving them the opportunity to gain first hand field experience while completing they’re study’s. This also keeps our existing management abreast of the latest innovations in construction practices and creative trends for both commercial and residential décor.
In the residential home improvement field our primary focus is kitchen and bath design. Our designers are members of the NARI and NKBA which helps us stay in-sync with the latest trends so our customers get the most out of every dollar spent. This expertise is seen in innovative drawer insert designs to new corner base and custom wall cabinet builds.
